We are currently seeking an Integrity Systems Coordinator to join our team.

The Role

Reporting to the Risk, Integrity & Compliance Manager, this role is responsible for coordinating the policies, procedures and systems that support Oxfam Australia’s risk, integrity and compliance frameworks, ensuring consistent and effective application across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and coordinator support to the risk team and ad hoc support to the broader operations function
  • Coordinate the implementation and ongoing maintenance of Oxfam Australia’s risk management framework, including systems, processes and reporting across teams.
  • Support the coordination and monitoring of the compliance mechanism, including maintaining registers, monitoring screening requirements, guidance to staff and reporting, to promote organisational accountability.
  • Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of Oxfam Australia’s Complaints Policy and associated procedures, provide guidance to staff on complaints and whistleblowing process, as well as support with recordkeeping and reporting.
  • Coordinate the maintenance and management of the organisational policies, including the central register, policy reviews and resource library, supporting staff in policy development and approval.
  • Act as CMT Coordinator for the crisis management team where appropriate and maintain the contact list for crisis management

Desired Skills and Experience

Essential:

  • Demonstrated experience coordinating processes, systems and administrative functions within a risk, integrity and compliance setting across teams to ensure consistence application of frame work
  • Experience maintaining and administering systems such as risk registers, ensuring data quality and supporting reporting for internal stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience in administration, document management and reporting with proficiency in systems and Microsoft office (work, Excel,Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Working knowledge of risk management, compliance or integrity frameworks
  • Experience supporting and delivering staff training or presentations

A little about you

Risk management systems and tools experience

  • Demonstrated experience administering risk management software or tools, including maintaining risk registers, coordinating updates, ensuring data quality, and supporting system users (e.g. online risk platforms or Power Platform tools).

Practical risk management support and training

  • Experience supporting teams to apply risk management in practice, including working with risk owners or champions, providing hands‑on guidance, and delivering or coordinating staff training on risk processes and tools.

Compliance, integrity and governance coordination

  • Experience supporting compliance or integrity frameworks through registers, screening processes, reporting, or record keeping, with ability to handle sensitive information and follow defined procedures.

Strong administration, reporting and communication skills

  • Proven ability to manage documents, meetings, registers and reports, coordinate across teams, explain processes clearly, and build effective working relationships.

Additional information
