No to Violence is Australia’s largest peak body for services and individuals that work with men who use family violence. No to Violence operates the national Men’s Referral Service, the national Brief Intervention Services and the Victorian based Perpetrator Accommodation Support Service, free, confidential counselling, referral and support services.

About the role

The Data Analyst will be responsible for analysing data sets and reporting using different methodologies and business analytical tools. The role will also communicate analysis findings to management, funding bodies and other key stakeholders. The role will:

  • Fulfil reporting requirements to meet regulatory and governance requirements
  • Develop reports using the Business Intelligence (BI) tools
  • Performing analysis to assess data quality and meaning of data
  • Be responsible for all Systems Administration on the Business Intelligence platforms
  • Ensure data collection, storage and usage is in line with contractual obligations
  • Manage the Workforce Planner’s performance

This role is Full-Time, Fixed Term until 30 June 2024.

To be successful, you will have:

  • Tertiary qualification in IT, Management Information Systems or Data Analytics
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Business Intelligence tools
  • Technical proficiency with databases
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience troubleshooting as a Systems Administrator or Super User
  • Strong reporting capability, particularly regarding reporting against set KPIs
