Northern Community Legal Centre is seeking an experienced and values-driven Senior Lawyer, Migration to lead high-quality migration and citizenship legal services as part of our innovative Safe Landing Project and Citizenship Key Project.

This opportunity has arisen following the previous incumbent being appointed as a member of the Administrative Review Tribunal, reflecting the quality, impact and professional development opportunities offered within the team.

NCLC has a hybrid working model, with a minimum 2 days in the office between the hours of 9am – 5pm. Office days will be rostered dependant on operational requirements, including clinics, court, community engagement and staff meetings.

REMUNERATION

Senior Lawyer (Level 6): $113,402.64 - $118,432.74 per annum (depending on experience), plus employer funded superannuation.
