Neighbourhood Houses Tasmania is seeking a full time Program Officer for 12 months to design and deliver a range of initiatives for our Members, focused on:

• Building strong, adaptive, community-led governance.
• Coordinating disaster preparedness and management.

Neighbourhood Houses Tasmania (NHT) is the peak body for the network of 35 Neighbourhood Houses located across the state.

Neighbourhood Houses are places where people come together to support their local community and make a significant difference in people’s lives. They are run by the community, for the community and offer a wide range of programs and activities for local people. Houses are the warm and generous heart of their communities.
