Bayside Glen Eira Kingston Local Learning & Employment Network (BGKLLEN) is a small not for profit that believes good things happen when communities invest in their young people; part of a network of 31 LLENs across Victoria funded by the Victorian Government.
BGKLLEN is often in the background as the partnership broker, relationship builder and connector enabling the delivery of diverse programs centred around transition to employment with a focus on engaging 10-19 year olds.
BGKLLEN is known for their advocacy for young people and community, comprising of over 100 organisation & community members and 200 local businesses, they are supported by 4 staff and a committed skills based committee of management.
This is a pivotal leadership role representing BGKLLEN and directing the work of the organisation to fulfil its goals during a period of growth and opportunity. Reporting to the Management Committee, you will provide leadership, management and oversight across a range of new and existing collaborations and programs in community development, education, community stakeholder partnerships and funder relationships.
