New Horizons is looking for a dedicated Aboriginal Community Support Worker to join our team within the Housing & Accommodation Support Initiative (HASI) Program in the Central Coast South area. This is an identified position under Section 14 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977 (NSW), and we strongly encourage applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.

As Aboriginal Community Support Worker, you will collaborate with customers to develop individualised, person-centred support plans that incorporate their identified wellbeing needs, their strengths and their goals, with a strong focus on cultural safety and responsiveness.
