The Senior Manager Operations is accountable for the operational oversight and responsibility for our national portfolio of mental health step up / step down sub-acute residential services in metro and regional WA and metro QLD, including functions such as contract management and reporting, funder and core relationships management, resource management, program staffing and leadership; service implementation, quality, safety, practice and consumer experience, critical incident and complex case support, oncall management, team and staff development, governance, continuous improvement, portfolio growth and development and sector advocacy.
Neami holds a high standard of leadership and expects leaders to lead and maintain a positive culture, high quality services, and support and motivate high performing teams through effective coaching, mentoring and supervision. The role also involves regulatory & organisational compliance, service development and sector leadership. The role is responsible for elevating and strengthening lived and living experience, diversity & inclusion as well as quality cultural leadership and governance in everything we do.
