Guided by the Gospel, Mary MacKillop Today stands with the poor and marginalised so they can realise their potential and participate fully in their community. Inspired by the legacy of Saint Mary MacKillop — Australia's first Saint, a woman of courage and faith — we continue the work of the Sisters of Saint Joseph of the Sacred Heart, transforming lives through access to education and practical life skills.
We're looking for an organised, relationship-minded Australian Programs Coordinator to join our small, values-driven team on a part-time basis (0.6 FTE, 3 days per week).
You'll support the smooth day-to-day running of MMT's Australian Programs, administering our First Nations Scholarships and Community Grants programs, maintaining strong relationships with our partners, and helping keep our program data, reporting, and monitoring and evaluation on track. You'll report to the Australian Programs - Senior Manager, and work alongside a warm, vibrant and committed team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the detail, accurate records, met deadlines, well-run processes, but who's equally motivated by the bigger picture: genuine, respectful partnership with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and organisations across Australia.
This is a permanent, part-time position (0.6 FTE, 3 days per week), based in North Sydney with hybrid working arrangements available. You'll report to the Australian Programs - Senior Manager.
Salary: $42,000 – $45,000 pro-rata (0.6 FTE) plus Superannuation, based on the full-time equivalent range of $70,000 – $75,000, plus salary packaging options.
