Midsumma is seeking an experienced Ticketing & Presenter Services Manager to lead festival ticketing operations and presenter support for the 2027 Midsumma Festival.
This is a pivotal role working across more than 200 festival events, supporting artists, venues and producers while ensuring audiences enjoy a seamless ticketing experience. Midsumma is one of Australia's leading LGBTQIA+ arts and cultural organisations. Each year we present a three-week festival celebrating queer artists, communities and culture through theatre, visual arts, music, performance, exhibitions, talks, parties, sport and public events.
The 2027 Midsumma Festival runs from 17 January – 7 February 2027.
As Ticketing & Presenter Services Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of ticketing and presenter services across the festival. You'll work closely with artists, venues, producers and internal teams to coordinate ticket sales, event setup, reporting and presenter support while ensuring accurate event data is collected for festival reporting and evaluation.
This role is central to the successful delivery of the festival and requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships and has exceptional organisational skills.
