The Coordinator role sits within the Environmental Health and Regulatory Services department, leading the Ranger Section. Key responsibilities include managing the Ranger function and supervising a team of professionals to ensure the achievement of business outcomes.
Your expertise, resilience, positivity and highly developed communication and listening skills will be rewarded as you make a difference to both the community and the team you lead and support.
Legislative knowledge and previous involvement with a broad range of stakeholders on matters such as Animal Control, Impounding and Parking enforcement, will be critical to your success.
This senior leadership position will drive fundamental change through the development of new and innovative ways to deliver a proactive, customer-centric approach to the provision of regulatory services. This will involve promoting initiatives and supporting multi-disciplinary teams through change processes to improve service delivery outcomes to our local community.
Your positive approach towards managing change and ability to influence and develop relationships with key stakeholders using your well-developed interpersonal skills will be paramount. Location: This position will be based at our Administration Centre in Yalawanyi Ganya at 2 Biripi Way, Taree. You may also be required to be based from other Council sites across the MidCoast Council region.
Tenure: Permanent, Full Time.
