  MacDonnell Regional Council's Youth Services program provides meaningful opportunities for young people in remote communities that contribute to positive life outcomes.

The Team Leader Youth Services works with a team of local staff to deliver Youth Services. Our program aims to deliver Sport and Recreation, Leadership, Culture, Jobs, Education, Training and Staff Development to young people and their families.

The successful candidate will:

• Hold a Cert IV in sport and rec OR equivalent work experience in a Youth, Sport, and Recreation, Community Development or a related field
• Experience in implementing and evaluating youth-specific programs
• Have a high level of communication skills

A key aspect of this role is to nurture confidence and team-building skills among local staff so they may take increasing responsibility for the program.
