Link Community Transport Inc.

LINK Community & Transport is a well-established, community-based provider delivering transport, social support and in-home services that enable older people and people living with disability to live independently and stay connected.

As the aged care system transitions to Support at Home, disability reforms emerge and regulatory expectations increase, LINK is strengthening its executive capability to ensure it is well positioned for the future.

We are seeking a Chief Client Services Officer to lead this next phase with the role having accountability for clinical governance, service quality and performance during a critical period of aged care and disability sector reform.

  • Lead with purpose at a pivotal time of reform, shaping high-quality, person-centred services that support older people and communities to remain connected, independent and thriving.
  • Join an organisation on a strategic growth journey, where you will drive operational excellence, strengthen clinical and regulatory governance, and position LINK for the transition to Support at Home and evolving aged care and disability sector expectations.
  • Be part of a values-driven leadership team, with the opportunity to influence culture, build capability and deliver meaningful impact through services including community transport, social support, domestic assistance and home maintenance.

The Role

Reporting to the CEO, this is a senior executive role with organisation-wide accountability for clinical governance, service quality and operational performance at a pivotal time of sector reform.

You will lead all client services across community transport, social support, domestic assistance and home maintenance, ensuring services are safe, compliant, consistently high quality, operationally efficient and financially sustainable, while positioning LINK to confidently transition to Support at Home and meet evolving regulatory expectations.

This role goes beyond managing services. You will play a critical leadership role in shaping LINK’s future; strengthening clinical governance frameworks, lifting organisational performance, building leadership capability and contributing to a positive, values-led culture.

Working closely with the CEO and Board, you will provide clear, evidence-based advice and assurance across operations, quality, risk and performance, while contributing to LINK’s broader strategic growth journey and long-term sustainability.

About You

  • The ability to lead leaders and drive accountability across teams

Why This Role

You will:

  • Lead clinical governance at an organisational level
  • Work directly with the CEO and Board on operational performance, clinical governance and risk management.
  • Strengthen systems and capability during a period of reform.
