Leadology is proudly partnering with Mpower to appoint a Manager Disability and Accommodation Services, a senior leadership role guiding a diverse portfolio of disability and community services across South West Victoria.

What does a day look like in this role?

It starts with your team — checking in, setting priorities, and ensuring everyone has what they need to deliver safe, high‑quality, person‑centred supports. You’ll oversee residential care, home and living supports, daily living assistance, skills development programs, and case practitioner work that helps children and young people transition to more appropriate care.

From there, your day may include strengthening service quality, analysing operational data, leading improvement initiatives, partnering with funders, and contributing to organisation‑wide strategy. It’s meaningful, people‑focused work with a close working relationships with the CEO and senior leadership team.

What will you bring to the role?

We’re looking for a leader who thrives in dynamic service environments, enjoys working with diverse teams, and takes pride in delivering high‑quality disability and community services. You will have experience in the disability sector, or a transferable community service/NFP setting.

You’ll be values‑driven, confident in your decision‑making, and able to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on operational oversight. You’ll use data to inform practice, guide teams through change, and build strong relationships across the sector.

Required Experience & Attributes – Key Selection Criteria

Industry Experience: Proven management experience in program or service delivery environments, ideally within community services, disability, NFP or DFFH‑funded settings.

Technical Skills: Operational performance management, risk oversight, data analysis, business case development, and ability to adapt service models to evolving community needs.

Leadership Skills: Experience leading accountable, engaged teams; strong communication skills; capability to guide change; and ability to build trust and collaboration across stakeholders.

Qualifications & Compliance: Relevant tertiary qualification (or commensurate experience), Driver’s Licence, NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check, WWCC.
