We are looking for a passionate Group Facilitator and Case Manager who is looking to grow and further develop their career with an organisation dedicated to giving back to the community.

You’ll be joining an organisation that provides an incredibly wide variety of health and community programs and services, across a range of regional and metropolitan areas in Victoria. Our integrated services model means you’ll provide your specialist expertise as part of a holistic solution for clients.

Behavioural Health Programs

Behavioural Health Programs is a large multidisciplinary team consisting of Alcohol other Drug (AOD) treatment services and a range of counselling services including Generalist; Women’s and Children’s Family Violence Counselling, Financial Counselling and Gamblers Help Therapeutic Counselling. Other programs include Refuge Nursing, Settlement Services and Family Violence Perpetrator Programs.

To be successful, you will require;

  • Experience in working in a community setting and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Prior experience providing family violence or related services and/or a relevant qualification
  • Demonstrated understanding of the process for the Men’s Behaviour Change Program- CHOICES, and the gendered nature of male family violence
  • Current Victorian drivers licence
  • A current Working with Children Check
