Kullilli Bulloo River Aboriginal Corporation RNTBC (KBRAC) represents the Kullilli People as the Registered Native Title Body Corporate for Kullilli Country in south-west Queensland. KBRAC works to protect native title rights and interests, uphold cultural heritage, care for Country, and advance community-led social, cultural, environmental and economic outcomes. Through strong governance, partnerships and practical initiatives, KBRAC is building opportunities that support self-determination and lasting benefits for current and future generations of Kullilli People.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Manager will provide practical leadership across KBRAC’s day-to-day operations, governance, compliance, staff supervision, funding and project delivery. This role will support the Board, Elders, Members and partners to turn community priorities into action, strengthen organisational systems, and help deliver lasting social, cultural, environmental and economic outcomes for Kullilli People.

You are a practical, organised and culturally respectful leader who can balance governance, operations, funding, people and community responsibilities. You bring strong management experience, sound financial and compliance skills, and the confidence to work with a Board, staff, Elders, Members and external partners. You are collaborative, accountable and outcomes-focused, with a genuine commitment to supporting Kullilli People, culture, Country and future
