The Facilities Manager is responsible for the operational management and oversight of all Junction facilities, including residential, commercial and office spaces, ensuring they are safe, compliant, cost effective and fit for purpose.
This role plays a key part in supporting service delivery by maintaining high standards of functionality, safety and sustainability across the organisation’s property portfolio. You will provide specialist advice on asset performance, coordinate proactive and reactive maintenance, monitor risks and compliance, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aligned with Junction’s Asset Management and Place Based Frameworks.
Working closely with the Group Leader, Property Maintenance and key internal and external stakeholders, you will oversee contractor performance, manage maintenance budgets, coordinate day-to-day facility operations, and ensure a consistent, high-quality experience for tenants and service users.
