About Impact North

Impact North is an Aboriginal-controlled not-for-profit organisation. We support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people starting or running a business across Northern Australia.

We work in between social enterprise and remote Indigenous business, creating positive change in our communities. Many Indigenous businesses in Northern Australia function as social enterprises - creating jobs and growing economic development in their communities.

We offer:

  • The Cowork – professional, flexible, culturally safe workspaces in the Darwin region
  • The Business Builder Program – helping Indigenous business owners to build their businesses
  • The Stepping into Business Program – helping remote Indigenous innovators to step into business
  • The Impact North Community – membership of a Territory-wide social enterprise ecosystem

Through these programs, we help people turn their vision into reality.
