Customer Service and Complaints Specialist Role – Full Time
We are seeking confident and passionate individuals to:
- Provide exceptional service to our existing and prospective customers
- Respond to diverse phone and email enquiries
- Effectively resolving customer complaints, with a keen eye on continuous improvement
- Support various customer data processing activities

Successful applicants must be able to demonstrate:
- A genuine customer service ethic
- A positive, proactive and enthusiastic attitude
- Complaint resolution assessment, investigation, negotiation and closure
- Highlight and actively seek out improvement opportunities
- Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with colleagues with high level accountability
- Punctuality and reliability
- Excellent communication skills
- Initiative, accuracy, attention-to-detail and outcome-focus
- Proficiency in using common office software packages
- Interest in renewable, solar and sustainable energy
Experience in a retail-electricity and/or retail-solar selling is favourably regarded but not mandatory. This position is full time.
