To achieve better outcomes for the clients and communities IPC Health serves, we are currently embarking on a transformational strategy of growth and service model transformation. Strategic digital solutions that enable and augment growth and our new service model are an integral component of this strategy.
As the Digital Health Lead you will identify and deliver digital health solutions that enable or augment service model transformation or financial growth in line with the Service Model Transformation and Growth Strategies. This will include defining and commissioning digital innovation experiments from our internal innovation team, using the outcomes of these experiments to justify funding and resources to scale and operationalise successful solutions, and leading the scaling and operationalisation of solutions in partnership with IPC Health’s ICT team, managed service provider, and external solutions partners. This role reports to the General Manager, Strategy & Growth, a member of IPC Health’s executive leadership team.
This role is classified under the HEALTH AND ALLIED SERVICES, MANAGERS AND ADMINISTRATIVE WORKERS (VICTORIAN STAND-ALONE COMMUNITY HEALTH SERVICES) (MULTI EMPLOYER) ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT 2022 – 2026
