About Us

Carmichael College OSHC is a faith-based Christian not-for-profit Centre. Carmichael College OSHC offers Before and After School Care, as well as Vacation Care.

About You

• An innovative, motivated and passionate approach to creating quality education and care settings for children aged 5 to 12.
• Previous experience as in a lead role in a childcare or OSHC setting.
• Uphold the requirements of a Child Safe Organisation and our commitment to child safety. The successful applicant will have understanding of the 10 Child Safe Standards and Universal Principle.
• A sound understanding of the NQF, including “My Time Our Place” framework.
• Have current knowledge of Child Protection Legislation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Diploma qualifications in: School Age Education and Care or Children’s Services or Early Childhood Education and Care or other ACECQA Approved Qualifications (including the relevant Child Protection Unit as per new Requirements)
• Valid Working with Children Check
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Qualifications.
