About the Board Member role

We are seeking one or more motivated and diligent individuals with previous governance experience to join the voluntary Board of Management. We are particularly interested in rounding out our Board with members who have human resources, IT and/or cybersecurity backgrounds.

The Board of Management conducts monthly meetings to assist in the strategic planning and direction of Interchange Gippsland. These meetings can be attended in person or remotely.

As a Board of Management Member, you will undertake a number of tasks, such as:

• attending monthly meetings,
• reviewing and contributing towards Board papers,
• assisting in the ongoing review and monitoring of business practices,
• understanding the application of industrial and regulatory bodies such as the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) to Interchange Gippsland.

Board Members are an essential part of our organisation and contribute towards our Vision, Mission and Values to assist participants and their families to achieve their goals.
