Help Shape the Future of Disability Housing in Australia

At Inclusive Housing Australia (IHA), we believe everyone deserves access to safe, high-quality housing that enables independence, dignity and choice.

As one of Australia's growing Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) providers, we work alongside participants, families, support providers, investors and government stakeholders to deliver housing solutions that create lasting impact.

Our purpose is simple: to increase the supply of quality disability housing and ensure participants have access to homes that support them to live the lives they choose.

As IHA enters an exciting phase of national growth, we are seeking an experienced and values-driven National Revenue & Funding Manager to help build and lead a best-practice revenue and funding function that supports both organisational sustainability and outstanding participant outcomes.

This is a rare opportunity to shape a critical function within a growing organisation where purpose and performance go hand in hand.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the National Revenue & Funding Manager will lead IHA's national SDA revenue and funding function, ensuring revenue integrity, funding optimisation, compliance and operational excellence across a growing national portfolio.

This role is much more than revenue management.

You will play a critical role in strengthening governance, improving funding performance, supporting participant housing continuity, reducing revenue risk and providing strategic insights that support long-term portfolio sustainability and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead IHA's national SDA revenue and funding function
  • Oversee SDA funding claims, reconciliations and revenue performance
  • Ensure revenue outcomes align with participant funding approvals, enrolments and occupancy outcomes
  • Identify opportunities to improve funding performance and reduce revenue leakage
  • Oversee reasonable rent contribution (RRC) processes nationally
  • Strengthen revenue governance frameworks and operational controls
  • Ensure compliance with NDIA requirements, SDA pricing arrangements and tenancy obligations
  • Build productive relationships with NDIA representatives, plan managers, support coordinators and SIL providers
  • Provide executive-level reporting and insights on revenue trends, risks and opportunities

About You

  • Demonstrated experience in revenue management, funding administration, claims management, finance operations or compliance
  • Strong understanding of revenue governance and operational controls
  • Experience analysing complex data, reconciliations and performance metrics
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
  • Strong problem-solving capability and attention to detail
  • SDA, NDIS or community housing experience highly regarded

Why Join Inclusive Housing Australia?

  • Shape a newly established national leadership function
  • Influence how revenue, funding and governance are managed across a growing portfolio
  • Work alongside an experienced and passionate leadership team
  • Contribute to meaningful social impact every day
  • Enjoy flexible working arrangements and a supportive, collaborative culture

As IHA continues its national growth trajectory, this role will help shape the systems, governance and funding foundations that support hundreds of Australians living with disability now and into the future.
