Hope Street is a leading youth homelessness service provider. We have a proud history, with over 40 years' experience in delivering services to young people who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Hope Street operates in the northern and western corridors of Victoria.

As our Operations Manager you will lead our frontline teams who operate youth programs and crisis accommodation. As an integral part of our executive team, you will report into the CEO and provide leadership to two Program Managers.
Some of your activities will include:
Career Development - You will work closely with a supportive and knowledgeable CEO who has a strong focus on delivering quality services. You may also have the opportunity to set into the Acting CEO role when the CEO is away.
Variety of Work - You will have the opportunity to be involved in a variety of work and new projects to build on your knowledge and skills.
