With great schools, sports clubs, and a growing arts and café scene, Esperance is a welcoming and vibrant coastal town.
For over 120 years, Hope Community Services has supported Western Australians affected by alcohol and other drug use, justice involvement, mental health challenges, and social disadvantage. We meet people where they are, with empathy, respect, and belief in their potential.
As an AOD Prevention Officer, you’ll work alongside local communities, government agencies, and service providers to create safer, healthier futures.
You’ll help design, deliver, and evaluate AOD prevention initiatives, lead community education campaigns, and strengthen local partnerships that drive real, lasting change.
You’ll join a values-driven organisation that believes in optimism, courage, collaboration, and diligence. At Hope, we support our people so they can support their communities, creating real impact, one connection at a time.
