Hoops 4 Health is seeking an organised, proactive and detail-focused Funding Compliance and Office Manager to join our team in Darwin.
This is a vital full-time role supporting Hoops 4 Health to meet its obligations across multiple funding and service agreements, while strengthening the systems, schedules and administrative processes that underpin our programs.
Working closely with the General Manager and program leads, you will oversee contract and funding compliance, coordinate reporting requirements, maintain practical compliance frameworks, and support efficient day-to-day office operations.
What you will do
- Track and review funding and service agreements to ensure contractual and regulatory obligations are met.
- Maintain funding registers, reporting calendars, compliance records and key documentation.
- Assist with preparing and submitting accurate, timely performance reports to funding bodies.
- Develop and maintain systems, templates and processes that support program delivery and organisational compliance.
- Work with program leads to collect program data, resolve reporting issues and meet deliverable deadlines.
- Develop weekly and monthly program schedules and staff rosters.
- Support effective office administration and provide operational support to the General Manager.
- Identify innovative and relatable opportunities to grow Hoops 4 Health’s programs, partnerships and impact.
About you
You are an experienced compliance, contracts or business administration professional who enjoys bringing structure to complex work. You are highly organised, confident working with funding agreements and deadlines, and able to build strong relationships across a diverse team.
You will have:
- A Diploma of Contract Management, Business, or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in compliance, contract administration or funding administration, preferably in government and/or the not-for-profit sector.
- Experience interpreting and monitoring funding or service agreements.
- Strong reporting, writing and record-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, initiative and ability to manage competing priorities.
- The ability to work collaboratively with managers, program staff, funding bodies and other stakeholders.
- Strong skills in office systems, spreadsheets, document management and scheduling.
