We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Program & Community Coordinator to drive participant satisfaction and alumnae network connectedness and growth within our global transformational leadership initiative. This role is integral to fostering collaboration, sharing resources, and advancing collective goals among from the moment participants first join HB through to their continued contribution as part of our unique global network of leaders and change-makers in STEMM.

This exciting full-time role provides administrative and coordination support to facilitate the smooth and successful delivery of Homeward Bound’s leadership programs. You are a skilled administrator with project management skills and a keen interest in helping women become the leaders that they aspire to be.

The role requires flexibility working remotely from 7am and/or after 5pm generally 2 - 4 hours a week to host/attend meetings and may involve weekend work to host/attend faculty workshops in support of volunteer faculty and executive. This accommodates the global nature of our enterprise.
