Tjiwarl Contracting Services is entering a significant growth phase across mining services, transport and infrastructure projects. We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead delivery across multiple contracts and projects.

This is a senior operational leadership role responsible for end-to-end contract delivery, project execution, safety, workforce coordination and performance management. You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to translate strategy into operational outcomes.

The role is Perth based with periodic site travel to the Northern Goldfields. It is not a FIFO position.

Key responsibilities:

• Translate strategic and commercial priorities into operational plans, project delivery frameworks and resourcing strategies.
• Lead mobilisation and delivery of operational contracts and projects
• Own project performance including schedule, cost control, safety and quality
• Lead site-based teams and supervisors
• Maintain strong client relationships at an operational level
• Drive operational discipline and continuous improvement

About you:

• Senior operational experience in mining services, contracting or similar
• Strong project and contract delivery capability
• Proven leadership of multi-site and multi-discipline teams
• Commercially minded with strong safety leadership
• Motivated by an ambitious vision and thrive operating in a fast-moving environment
• Innovative and energetic, constantly looking for opportunities to add value to the business
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills and cultural awareness
