Healesville Living and Learning Centre, is looking for a manager to lead a team of passionate people in a for purpose, not-for-profit organisation with over 40 years experience, dedicated to providing community-based opportunities to connect and learn.

The position will involve identifying and addressing community needs in the Healesville and Yarra Ranges area under the strategic direction of the voluntary Board of Governance as well as financial management of the Centre, ensuring compliance with the Neighbourhood House program funding requirements and undertaking management of and support to the staff and volunteers of existing programs and activities that will strengthen communities and build their capacity.

Qualifications in community development, community service or social work (or equivalent) and finance experience using MYOB or similar with willingness to learn MYOB essential.

Position is part-time, 30 hours per week, to be worked as negotiated for a fixed term of 12 months with view to extension. Employment is under the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award- social and community services employee level 6.
