The primary purpose is to oversee the credit assessment, loan disbursement, and administration processes for Microfinance (No Interest Loans, Interest Free Loans and Microenterprise Loans) applications across various service delivery channels. This role focuses on building a trauma-informed approach into client interactions, enhancing process efficiencies, managing loan portfolios, and strengthening relationships with loan capital providers.
