Gidget Foundation Australia (GFA) is a not-for-profit organisation supporting the emotional wellbeing of expectant and new parents. Our Client Services team look after day-to-day Gidget House operations and clinical administration needs. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for clients, clinicians, our community, and the public
  • Maintaining accurate client records, files, and forms through our practice management software
  • Managing clinical diaries and booking appointments according to client and clinician needs
  • A wide variety of day-to-day admin tasks as required

About you:

While no direct experience in psychology practice is required, our Client Services Executives are first and foremost administration professionals. Previous experience in healthcare or medical administration/reception roles (or similar) is required.

You will have:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or MacOS equivalent programs
  • Strong computer literacy
  • The ability to work well as part of a team
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
