ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITIES

GCPHN has a number of opportunities for experienced Senior Project Officers to join their team on the Gold Coast across a range of project areas including mental health, Covid-19 health pathways, older persons and integrated care.

ABOUT THE POSITION:

This position will work closely with our Program Managers for Planning and Stakeholder Engagement and Primary Health Care as well as our Regional Engagement and Policy Manager, to support the maintenance, promotion and utility of the Gold Coast HealthPathways Covid-19 pathway. The position will also support the development, adaption and promotion of other Covid-19 related communications, information and resources to effectively support the Covid-19 pandemic response across the Gold Coast region, with a particular focus on supporting general practice to care for Covid-19 positive patients while isolating at home.

ABOUT YOU

GCPHN is looking to engage Senior Project Officers who hold effective end-to-end project management experience.

A key to your success will be your highly developed communication and relationship management skills, to effectively engage and collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and deliver co-designed project outcomes.

You will be comfortable providing direction and support to team members in order to achieve project deliverables on time and within budget. You will display initiative; be self-motivated; and resilient to an agile/flexible working environment allowing you to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team.

Due to the nature of the role you will need to be willing to work flexible hours in line with the availability of key stakeholders. GCPHN offers flexible work arrangements on a mutually agreed basis and in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, has a hybrid working from home/working from office business model currently in place.
