Gateway Health is a not-for-profit community health service delivering primary health and welfare services to individuals, families, and communities across Northeast Victoria and parts of Southern New South Wales. This is a rewarding part-time opportunity (68.4 hours per fortnight) based in Wangaratta. Full-time will be considered for the right applicant. In this role, you will provide professional, trauma-informed case management to women who have experienced or are experiencing family violence.
Your focus will be on promoting safety, stability, recovery, and wellbeing through a strengths-based, client-centred approach. Drawing on your knowledge of family violence practice, local service systems, and community resources, you will support victim-survivors to navigate complex circumstances, manage risk, and work towards long-term safety and independence.
This role is classified under the Community Health Centre Stand Alone Services Social and Community Service Employees Multi Enterprise Agreement 2022, level 4 or 5 depending on experience ($44.58 – $53.31 per hour + superannuation).
