Fremantle Women's Health Centre (FWHC) has been providing high-quality, accessible healthcare for women for more than 35 years. As a respected not-for-profit organisation, we are committed to delivering integrated, trauma-informed and person-centred care that improves the health and wellbeing of women across Perth's south metropolitan region.
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Endorsed Nurse Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team. This is an exciting opportunity to build a rewarding career in a collaborative women's health service where you can practise to your full scope while working alongside experienced General Practitioners, nurses, counsellors, social workers and allied health professionals.
Based primarily at our modern consulting centre in Willagee, the role may be expected to deliver Nurse Practitioner services at approved outreach locations operated in partnership with community organisations within the South Metropolitan region of Perth. Outreach clinics will ordinarily occur during normal business hours and will be conducted only from approved clinical premises in accordance with FWHC's clinical governance, safety and quality standards.
As a Nurse Practitioner, you will provide advanced clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and ongoing management for women across the lifespan. You will work both autonomously and collaboratively to deliver evidence-based primary healthcare, with a strong focus on prevention, education and continuity of care.

To be successful in this role you will have:
Experience in menopause management, sexual and reproductive health, cervical screening and community health will be highly regarded.
