The Family Practitioner role is a Part-time – 12 Month fixed term contract position within the Family Services Team based at Sandringham/Frankston sites as required, with WFH as per Hybrid Working Model. The Family Practitioner provides short- and medium-term case management and support service for vulnerable children, young people aged 0-17 and their families.
We are looking for a skilled, passionate individual who embodies the Family Life Way principles to deliver trauma informed support to our clients and achieve positive outcomes for communities.
