The Role
As a community-based OT you will support Adults (16+) with a wide range of disability at home and in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional capacity assessments and goal-oriented interventions.
- Prescribe Assistive Technology and home modifications.
- Collaborate with families and support teams to drive real-world independence.
- Manage your own schedule across Sydney’s Eastern and surrounding suburbs.
Selection Criteria:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Compliance: Current AHPRA registration, Police Check, WWCC, and NDIS Worker Screening.
- Mobility: Current driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle.
- Experience: Ideally 2+ years in OT (NDIS experience is highly regarded), but not essential.
