Emerge is a specialist family violence service in Victoria's Southern Region, providing refuge accommodation, case management, transitional housing, outreach and therapeutic support to women and children escaping family/domestic violence.
We're looking for a Senior Children's Case Manager to lead specialist support for children and young people who have experienced or witnessed family violence. You'll provide trauma-informed, child-centred case management, deliver individual and family sessions, co-facilitate groups, and work alongside safe caregivers to rebuild the parent-child relationship.
This ongoing role is an exciting opportunity to elevate children's voices in case planning, provide therapeutic support toward long-term recovery, and help them participate and thrive, within a team guided by collaboration, respect, courage, creativity, inclusivity, impact and kindness.
Experience running groups and working directly with children and young people affected by trauma is highly valued.
If you're driven to make a lasting difference in the lives of children and families recovering from family violence, we'd love to hear from you.
Applications for this role will take you to the employer’s site.
