The Ethnic Community Services Cooperative (ECSC) (www.ecsc.org.au), an EEO employer, seeks applications for a Team Leader – Ethnic People with Disability Program (EPDP). You will be responsible for providing leadership and support, and work as a part of a team to increase awareness and understanding of disability and multicultural issues within CALD communities, government departments, and mainstream and ethno-specific disability service providers. The role also includes facilitating access to culturally and linguistically appropriate services for CALD people with disabilities and their carers through information dissemination, consultation, advocacy and training for service providers and CALD communities.
This is a part-time (30 hours per week) position until 30 June 2021, with the possibility of an extension subject to funding.
The position will be paid under the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award at Level 5 Pay Point 1 plus employer superannuation contributions of 9.5%. Salary packaging is available.
