About Us

About the Role

This is a diverse and hands-on role supporting the day-to-day operations of the organisation. You will work across:

  • Communications and digital engagement (social media, newsletters, website)
  • Customer service and member support
  • Finance administration (support payments and payroll)
  • CRM and data management (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
  • Management of IT services and coordination with external providers
  • General operations and team support

Skills and Experience

We are looking for someone who brings:

  • Experience in business support, communications, finance or digital coordination
  • Strong tech skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems, social media, Xero)
  • Experience managing IT services or working with external IT support
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work both independently and collaboratively
  • A warm, proactive and organised approach
  • Passion for inclusion and community impact
  • We welcome applicants with lived experience as a carer or person with a disability

This position is classified under the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services (SCHADS) Award – Level 4, with the hourly rate dependent on skills and experience.

The successful applicant will be required to hold a current Police Check, Working With Children Check (WWCC), and NDIS Worker Screening Check, or be willing to obtain these prior to commencement.
