Step into the world of Secure Care where your work is more than just a job.

As a Management Officer Secure Care you:

• maintain the roster for Secure Care staff to ensure full coverage of shifts,
• monitor compliance with Work Health and Safety (WHS) within the workplace
• ensure effective asset and facility management and the maintenance of Secure Care resources,
• maintain effective relationships with external and internal stakeholders,
• assist with recruitment processes within Secure Care, and
• provide a high-quality service that is proactive and solution focussed and responsive to the requirements of a trauma informed workplace.
