Younity Community Services has been part of the Moreton Bay community for over 25 years. We are not a traditional not-for-profit. We are an ambitious, multi-division organisation that takes calculated risks, embraces digital innovation, and thinks seriously about what sustainable community services look like in a changing funding environment.
We are looking for a Head of Community Services who shares that thinking.
You will lead our Community Services division, currently delivering multi-site, grant-funded programs across Youth Services, Children and Families, and Pathways to Work. You will bring the operational expertise to deliver these programs with excellence, and the strategic mindset to think beyond them.
You understand the community services funding environment from the inside, including its possibilities and its structural vulnerabilities. You will contribute to how Younity builds a more resilient, innovative, and financially sustainable division over time, exploring enterprise models, digital technologies, and new partnerships alongside your core program responsibilities.
This is a senior leadership role with real scope. You will manage a team of 20, hold accountability for divisional budgets and grant compliance, contribute to strategic planning, and work alongside Younity's Leadership Team and division heads to shape how Community Services grows.
We offer salary packaging, four weeks annual leave, genuine professional development, and a leadership team that is invested in doing this work well. We are a Child Safe organisation with HSQF, NDIS, and NSSAB accreditations, and we take our culture as seriously as our outcomes.
Younity is a safe, accessible, and inclusive workplace. We encourage applications from people of all backgrounds with relevant experience.
Younity is a Child Safe environment in which there is zero tolerance for child abuse. It is a condition of employment that all employees comply with all relevant policies and procedures, including Child Safe policies.
