Remote / Work from Home
Help strengthen disability advocacy across Australia through data, insight and sector engagement.
DANA is seeking a Data and Sector Engagement Officer to join the National Centre for Disability Advocacy (NCDA).
This role combines data analysis, stakeholder engagement and systems improvement to help strengthen disability advocacy organisations across Australia. Working closely with advocacy organisations, government stakeholders and technical partners, you will support the collection, interpretation and use of data to identify unmet demand, elevate systemic advocacy issues and strengthen evidence-informed advocacy practice.
You will play a key role in helping organisations engage confidently with data and reporting systems, translating complex information into practical and accessible insights, and supporting the continuous improvement of sector-wide data and reporting processes.
A key part of this role is ensuring that data, information and communication are accessible to people with disability through plain language, inclusive design and accessible formats.
This is an opportunity to contribute to meaningful sector reform while helping build a stronger evidence base for disability advocacy nationally.
Experience within disability advocacy, the disability sector, community services, government-funded programs or not-for-profit organisations will be highly regarded.
A full Position Description is attached and outlines the complete selection criteria.
