Curijo is seeking a full-time, experienced, passionate and motivated Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Senior Consultant and Consultant to join our fast-paced, supportive and dynamic project delivery team. We are looking for candidates, who are Canberra or Sydney preferred and are self-motivated, grounded and highly organised professional bringing strong cultural knowledge, excellent communication skills, extensive project management experience and a passion for delivering meaningful outcomes for communities.
We are looking for candidates who are self-driven, eager to learn, and confident working autonomously and as part of a collaborative, high-performing team. You will bring strong communication skills, exceptional writing and verbal capabilities, and the ability to manage and deliver high-quality work within agreed timeframes and budgets. Our environment is fast-paced and dynamic, and we value people who are innovative, proactive, able to multitask, and naturally inclined to solve problems.
The role will include working across, research and evaluation, consultation, community engagement, facilitation, training delivery, learning and development, and child and family services.
