Are you experienced in providing holistic trauma informed care?

Want to make a positive impact in reducing homelessness?

We’d love to hear from you!

The Reintegration Housing Support Program (RHSP) supports people leaving prison who are at risk of homelessness. The primary aim of RHSP is to assist people exiting custody to secure stable, long-term housing. The program also provides wrap-around psychosocial case management to improve clients’ wellbeing and reduce their risk of both homelessness and recidivism. CRC Transition Workers are co-located in Homes NSW offices to provide transitional support both pre- and post-release.

CRC works with some of the state’s most stigmatised and marginalised people. In this role you may be working with some confronting issues as statistically people on release are at a higher risk of overdose or suicide, greater risk of death due to interpersonal violence and greater exposure to traumatic events. While there are many levels of support for staff, this work requires someone with high levels of resilience in the face of adversity.

Your usual work hours will be 9-5pm Monday to Friday, with occasional out-of-hours work, as required.
