The Risk, Safety and Compliance Manager is part of the Finance and Operations team. You will be responsible for leading operational processes, project implementation and continual improvements associated with Camp Quality's risk, safety and compliance initiatives, practices, governance and systems; with a focus on safeguarding children and young people (SCYP) and workplace risk, health and safety. You will be responsible for driving new safety initiatives and your expertise will be invaluable in supporting our teams with a wide array of matters pertaining to compliance and safety for the children and families we assist. You will manage and lead our relationship with the Australian Childhood Foundation, and work closely with our Executive and Leadership teams.
