As Operations Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role in the day-to-day management of our Frenchs Forest operation. Leading a team of Disability Support Practitioners that support up to 90 employees with disability to safely and successfully complete production projects while ensuring exceptional service delivery for our commercial customers.
Working closely with the Site Manager, you will coordinate production schedules, oversee warehouse operations, manage inventory and logistics, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and on time. You will be responsible for developing, coaching and supervising the Disability Support Practitioner team, fostering a positive, high-performing workplace culture focused on inclusion, quality and continuous improvement.
This role combines operational leadership with social impact.
