About the Role
The Brand & Communications Coordinator is responsible for protecting and strengthening the Country to Canberra brand. This role ensures consistency across all communications, documents and digital assets while supporting the broader communications team with systems, templates and internal communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain brand consistency, tone of voice and visual identity across all communications.
- Develop and maintain organisational templates, style guides and document systems.
- Manage organisational documents including presentations, proposals and pitch decks.
- Coordinate internal communications and team updates.
- Maintain website accuracy for non-campaign content.
- Manage version control, document storage and archiving systems.
- Support communications planning and governance.

- Organised document systems that improve team efficiency.
- Up-to-date website information and resources.
- Clear communication processes across the organisation.
Skills and Experience
- Strong written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Experience with Canva, Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
- Organisational and project management skills.
- An interest in communications, marketing, branding or administration.
Time Commitment
Approximately 2 hours per week.
