About the Role

The Finance & Operations Coordinator (0.6FTE) is a pivotal position supporting both financial management and day-to-day operations, ensuring our internal systems and processes run smoothly and efficiently.

You’ll play an important role in maintaining financial records, coordinating administrative workflows, and contributing to the ongoing impact of the Northern Territory’s leading youth arts organisation.

Working closely with the General Manager, you’ll help coordinate operational priorities that support the effective delivery of our programs, including workshops, performances, special projects, regional and remote schools & community engagement. Your work will directly contribute to the sustainability and impact of our organisation.

We’re looking for someone who can confidently navigate both people and systems, someone who enjoys creating structure, improving processes, and making sure everything runs as it should.
