We are a small, values-driven team working across Victoria and New South Wales, contributing to program delivery, curriculum design, facilitation, marketing, and monitoring and evaluation. Our Curriculum team is made up of passionate, collaborative educators and designers who pride themselves on delivering evidence-based education that is thoughtfully tailored to the specific needs, contexts, and communities we work with. The team works closely with young people, educators, and sector partners to ensure our content is contemporary, inclusive, and grounded in best practice, while remaining flexible and responsive to local priorities and lived experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys juggling multiple projects, and is excited by the opportunity to contribute to a growing organisation.
We’re looking for a Curriculum Project Lead (2 yr fixed-term contract) with strong project planning skills, experience in community consultation, and a background in educational design. This role suits someone passionate about meaningful community engagement and committed to driving cultural change to prevent sexual violence in Australia. As part of this work, we are deeply committed to ensuring our programs reflect the voices and experiences of the diverse communities we serve. We are particularly interested in candidates who bring lived experience, cultural knowledge, or strong relationships with CALD communities, and we warmly encourage people from diverse backgrounds to apply.
