The Interim Practice Manager offers an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Practice Manager to make a contribution to the future of rural health in Glamorgan Spring Bay. The role is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Bicheno and Triabunna medical practices, supporting GPs and clinic teams to ensure smooth service delivery as a new staffing structure is implemented to support future growth. The role focuses on team communication, rostering, billing oversight, recruitment support, operational problem-solving, and quality improvement initiatives. Ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in a dynamic healthcare environment.
