This is a full‑time ongoing role (1.0 FTE, 38 hours per week) based at The Orange Door in Bendigo. As Team Leader you will provide leadership supervision and operational oversight to an Orange Door team delivering high‑quality client‑centred services. You’ll support and develop practitioners, manage workflow and risk and ensure practice aligns with evidence‑based frameworks and regulatory standards.
You are a confident values‑led leader with extensive experience in the community services sector, ideally within family violence or related fields. You bring strong professional judgement emotional intelligence and the ability to lead teams through complexity and change.
